Kavon Frazier
A 6 year NFL vet who is a Michigan Native. Frazier was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys (2016-2019), played safety for the Miami Dolphins in the 2020 and the Las Vegas Raiders in 2021 . Frazier went to Central Michigan university, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in three and a half years with a Child Development major and Sports Management Minor. Frazier has a passion for business and is committed to giving back by spreading financial literacy amongst his peers and to the underprivileged communities.

Mason Hays
Mason was born and raised in East Texas where he grew up participating in football, basketball, baseball and track and eventually became an all-state multi-sport honoree. Following high school, Mason accepted a scholarship to play football at Texas State University where he played and became a team captain prior to graduating in 2019. Throughout those years he spent time interning under some of the top leaders in the sports performance industry and following graduation became apart of the APEC team as a performance coach. During his career he has continued to educate himself and further his knowledge on the latest research to provide the best impact he can for all he coaches. He has worked extensively with athletes from the NFL, MLB, and NCAA. He
now lives In Fort Worth and continues to pursue his passion as a coach looking to optimize human performance.

Nic Shimonek
Nic grew up in Central Texas, competing in every sport offered before committing to football as his primary focus. After his time as a collegiate and professional athlete, Nic decided to pursue his true calling: performance coaching for elite athletes. Since beginning his career in Los Angeles shortly after his NFL career came to a close, Nic’s desire to help individuals reach their highest potential has expanded beyond just elite athletes, as he now works with clients from all walks of life. Whether it’s your 1st training session ever or you’re a Super Bowl MVP, Nic has the tools, knowledge, and experience to not only guide you, but push you to achieve your goals.

Carter Clements
Carter comes from the small town of Flint. Texas where he was born and raised. He has a background in a variety of sports including basketball, golf, football, hockey, volleyball, and baseball. While in high school, Carter was part of a State Championship in golf, a State runner-up in Football, and a final four in basketball.
Carter interned for a year and a half at the Tyler facility while in school at The University of Texas at Tyler. When APEC opened the Fort Worth facility Carter came along and has been here ever since.
Carter has been the lead coach for APEC’s Professional Baseball training in Fort Worth since 2018 while training players from various organizations including the San Diego Padres, Houston Astros, Boston Red Sox. Carter has coached dozens of Division 1 athletes in football, soccer, baseball, and others while continuing to enjoy our youth programs (LTAD1-3).

Bailei Mateer
Bailei was raised in Siloam Springs, AR and attended John Brown University, where she played volleyball and pursued a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN.) Bailei received her RN licensure and practiced as a cardiac, progressive care, and stepdown ICU nurse for a year and a half upon graduation. After starting her nursing career, she realized she missed working with athletes and wanted to be on the proactive side of the health, fitness, and performance field. Bailei has been with APEC since 2020 and has obtained her CSCS. She coaches all levels of APEC clientele including NFL combine training, youth athletes, Spherical adult fitness, and APEC Adaptive.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST - DFW
Jimmy Rowland
Dr. Rowland graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Movement from University Cincinnati in 2017. After finishing his Bachelor’s, he attended the University of Dayton for his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. While at UD, Dr. Rowland, became a published researcher in the Journal of “Physical Therapy in Sports” and won the "Outstanding Performance in Research" award. Dr. Rowland has a passion for Biomechanics and movement assessment. He has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients in Sports Therapy ranging from Elementary school aged kids all the way to Elite Professional Athletes. Dr.Rowland is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Certified in Dry needling. Dr. Rowland is passionate about all sport related injury, recovery, performance, and health/movement optimization.

CHIROPRACTOR - DFW
Jordan Tittle
Dr. Jordan Tittle, D.C was born in Dallas, TX, he attended Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi, where he pursued a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science and Kinesiology. Upon graduation, Dr. Tittle completed a 400-hour internship at ASC working as a chiropractic assistant. After seeing the amazing results and improvements of athletes, he fell in love with the chiropractic profession. Dr. Tittle moved back to Dallas to attend Parker University, where he graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2019. While attending Parker University, Dr. Tittle completed his first round of clinical rotations with the Parker University sport specific program. During this time, he worked with professional athletes including the WNBA Dallas Wings Team. He also worked with the Denton High Athletic program. Dr. Tittle was fortunate enough to work with patients from the Dallas Amputee Network, specifically working with below-the-knee amputee patients. Dr. Tittle was selected to complete his last round of clinical rotations at the Dallas VA Hospital. He was honored to serve the veterans of the Dallas and North Texas region. Dr. Tittle served as the team chiropractor for three 5A high schools in the Frisco and Prosper area specializing in the Sports Medicine team on the field with football, and track and field.

DERREK NYE
Derrek was born and raised in the Oklahoma panhandle where he spent most of his days working on the family ranch. He played football, basketball, baseball, golf and rodeo’d during high school. After high school he served nine years in the US Army with one combat deployment to Afghanistan. During this time he became an Army Ranger and ultimately finished his time of service as a squad leader for the battalion’s scout reconnaissance unit. After the military derrek went on to complete his business degree from Oklahoma State University and his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Oklahoma. During his career he has completed a fellowship in sports and orthopedic manual physical therapy and worked extensively with athletes from the NFL, MLB, PGA, NBA, and NCAA. He now lives in Fort Worth with his best friend and wife Brittany, and continues to pursue his passion as a sports physical therapist and living a fit and healthy lifestyle.

SAM BROADBENT
Sam was born in Fleet, England. Sam moved to the US in 2007 to pursue a soccer scholarship and further his education. He began at North Iowa area Community College and transferred after graduating to Midwestern State University (MSU). Exercise Science has been apart of life since the age of sixteen. He graduated from Midwestern State University with a master's degree in Exercise Physiology.
As an NCAA Soccer Athlete he earned all-region accolades in his freshman and sophomore year, and first team all-conference, as well as progressing to the national semi final in his junior year. Sam captained the team in his senior year at MSU.
Sam assisted and taught clinical exercise, biomechanics and strength & conditioning as a graduate assistant for the exercise physiology department at MSU. Sam worked with numerous athletic teams at MSU as a Strength & Conditioning coach, including the Men's tennis team that qualified for the national quarter finals. After interning at APEC Sam finished at MSU and came back to work full time, now directing our Adult fitness. Under Sam’s leadership Spherical has emerged as a world wide competitor for the best adult fitness program available.

CARLY GREEN
Carly Green was born and raised in Oregon along with her identical twin sister, so it is safe to say her love of competition and friendly rivalry began quite early in life. Growing up, Carly played every sport under the sun until she fell in love with volleyball, cross country, track, and rodeo- all of which she experienced lots of success throughout high school with state qualifications and championships.
However, rodeo was the sport that she was most passionate about and successful with and earned full ride scholarships for both undergraduate and graduate school. Her main events were the breakaway roping and goat tying. After college, she entered the professional world of rodeo with a double qualification for the American Semi Finals in the breakaway roping in 2019 and won lots of money in the Northwest Pro Rodeo Association in previous years. Throughout her rodeo career, Carly noticed a big need for Performance Enhancement and
Injury Prevention training within the sport, so she has created a Rodeo Program that services clients nationwide with training that is specific to each competitor’s need and rodeo event.
Additionally, Carly has earned several certifications outside of her academic career to help further her expertise in fitness. Carly started working for APEC in 2020 and now works full time running the Rodeo Program and helping direct our Adult Fitness.

CONNOR GREEN
Connor Green, born and raised in Austin, played sports from an early age. At Hyde Park Baptist High school in Texas’ capital city, Connor, a multi-sport athlete, excelled in baseball and football. Connor continued his baseball career, by playing collegiately at the University of Texas at Tyler. There he played key roles in the Patriots postseason successes and was voted 1 of 4 captains his senior year. Connor graduated with a BS in Kinesiology, and made his mark off the field as well, earning academic all-conference honors.
After graduation, Connor’s passion became solidified in unlocking the athletic potential of any athlete, at any level. This was fueled by two stints as an APEC intern, as well as his work as an assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at his Alma Mater, UT Tyler. Since his hiring, Coach Green has worked on a daily basis with athletes at the youth level to the professional level. He has developed strong credentials with APEC’s MiLB and MLB clientele, coaching MiLB All-Stars, World Series champions, as well as top athletes in their respective sport.
Coaching Career Highlights:
Lead coach for the off-season training of MLB & MiLB players including multiple 100mph+ throwers, World Series Champions, Top prospects, and Organizational Player of the Year.
Leads the development of APEC throwing program that has seen an average of 5mph increase to athletes fastballs over the past 5 years

TONY BUSH
Tony Bush Is the Lead Coach and Speed coordinator for Athlete performance Enhancement Center (APEC). Coach Bush started with APEC as an athlete as he had a very impressive career on the track and the football field. Coach Bush overcame the stigma of being too small and often injured to become a Captain of his High school team at Robert E. Lee helping lead them to a State Championship in 7-on-7 where he received All tournament honors at WR and then later winning the 5A state championship that fall. Coach Bush went on to play football at OSU and later reaching his dream of playing professional football.
Tony has been a part of APEC family since it’s inception almost 13 years ago. His work as an athlete in our system and his knowledge of our foundational principles make him an elite coach for our athletes and adults at APEC. Known for his superhuman strength and speed he balances that with an uncanny ability to connect with the athletes on the highest level. Tony has grown into an authority on speed development having a profound impact on our youth, college, and NFL preparation training with his research and execution as part of a team that currently support over 70 athletes in the NFL and MLB alone.

MATT SCHIMPF
Matt was born in Arlington, TX, but made his way to Tyler to pursue his college baseball career. He graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from UT Tyler in 2011, and after a short stint in professional baseball ended with a shoulder injury, he returned to Tyler to earn his MS in Kinesiology in 2014. While finishing his playing career, he began as an athlete and coach at APEC, ultimately shifting his focus to physical therapy school, and would earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017 from Hardin-Simmons University. Upon graduation, he spent the first 3 years working at a high level sports medicine clinic in Waco, TX where he would gain experience with high school, junior college, and collegiate athletes with both post-surgical and non surgical conditions. His passion is for all sports related injuries, particularly the shoulder and knee, as well as to walk alongside the road to recovery from high school Friday nights to weekend warriors. He holds a performance enhancement specialist (PES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is certified in Dry Needling.
